After a fire in 2022 affected 12 of the 36 units in this three-story apartment building on Braeside Lane, DORA Construction took on the challenge of restoring the northeast wing. While DORA worked on remediating the site, Eastcut worked in parallel in our offsite construction facilities to speed the restoration along. 

New trusses for the roof system were engineered and manufactured at Eastcut in Trenton, Nova Scotia. Integrated project management processes between DORA and Eastcut, sister companies in the Macklan Group, ensured component accuracy and timely delivery.
