In partnership with DORA Construction and Passive House Solutions, we completed the first tailored small-options homes for Metro Community Living’s Disability Support Program (DSP). These modular homes are located in Sackville, Kentville, Chester, Sydney, and Middleton, with two homes in Middleton. 

The construction, manufacturing and design enable up to four residents to live in an accessible, energy-efficient home that meets program and licensing requirements, including alignment with the B3 Care Facility 2015 National Building Code standards.
