The Sunflower Court is a 25-unit affordable housing complex built in Lakeside, NS, to provide housing for vulnerable women, families and gender-diverse people facing homelessness and housing insecurity.

The project was part of the Rapid House Initiative Program and was Eastcut’s first involvement in Passive House Design. Our design team created shop drawings of the unique passive design approach developed by Passive Design Solutions, including shop drawings for the wall panels, floor cassettes and canopies.
